No. This is structured infrastructure health reporting. Alerts are based on hourly aggregated snapshots, not real-time event streams. This avoids the noise and fatigue of traditional monitoring systems.

No. The Health Collector sends outbound data only. No inbound firewall ports are required.

No. The agent collects data every 5 minutes locally and aggregates it into an hourly snapshot before upload. The reporting server stores hourly aggregated values only. Raw 5-minute samples remain on your server and roll off after 24 hours.

Metrics exceeding your plan limits will not be processed until you upgrade. You will be notified when limits are reached.

Yes. Plan changes can be made anytime through the Stripe billing portal.

The Advanced plan includes 10 servers. Each additional server costs $9 per month and includes the same retention and reporting depth as the base plan.

No. The Free tier does not require any payment information.

Your subscription stays active until the billing cycle ends. After that, your account automatically downgrades to the Free tier with 7-day retention. Historical data beyond the Free retention window is removed.
